We want you to be confident in every purchase. If something is not right, this policy explains how returns and refunds work.
Eligibility for returns
- Items may be returned within the return window stated at checkout, in their original, unused condition with packaging intact.
- For hygiene and safety, certain items such as feeding accessories, diapers, and opened personal-care products cannot be returned unless faulty.
- Please keep your order confirmation as proof of purchase.
Damaged or incorrect items
If an item arrives damaged, defective, or different from what you ordered, contact us promptly and we will arrange a replacement or a full refund at no extra cost to you.
How refunds are processed
Once we receive and inspect a returned item, we process approved refunds to your original payment method. For cash-on-delivery orders, we arrange an alternative refund method and confirm the details with you.
Order cancellations
You may cancel an order before it is dispatched. Once an order is out for delivery, please use the return process above instead.
